Current transformers are typically designed for a specific mounting method, making it difficult to adapt to different applications, with limited mounting capabilities

To cover any possible application, several CTD models are available for mounting on DIN rail, back-panel or directly on bus-bar

Avoid any issue when current transformers are installed or replaced

Dangerous voltage appears on the secondary of the current transformer when outputs are not short-circuited

CTDs offer double screw terminals to short-circuit secondary output during installation or before starting a maintenance activity, so to avoid any dangerous voltage

Count on a single supplier able to provide current transformers with any primary current and hole dimension

Some manufacturers provide only a few models with a few primary currents

The CTD series offers a wide variety of current transformers, from 50 A for cable mouning to 53x125 bas-bars up to 4000 A
